Terms, privacy, delivery & refunds

These are the working policies for Aisles to Pantry. The owner can update any detail in the console — where something isn’t confirmed yet (like fees for your area), we say so rather than guessing.

Payment instructions

We accept bank transfers only. No card payments are processed on this website.

Transfer the total shown on your approved quote, then send us your transfer reference.

Approve your itemised quote, which shows every item, the delivery fee and the total in JMD.
Choose your bank at checkout and transfer the exact total, using your order number as the reference.
Submit your transfer reference and, if you like, a photo or screenshot of the transfer.
Wait for the owner to verify the funds. Only the owner can confirm that payment has been received.

Your order is not confirmed until the owner verifies your funds. Submitting a reference does not, by itself, confirm a payment. If a transfer cannot be matched, we will contact you on the details you gave us.

We never ask for card numbers, PINs, online banking passwords or one-time codes. Please do not send them to us in any form.
